Ella Glendining
Writer/Director

Ella Glendining is a Writer/Director dedicated to telling authentic disabled stories. She works in both documentary and fiction, and was named one of Screen International’s Stars of Tomorrow 2020.

Josh Trett
Film & TV/Director

Award-winning filmmaker and co-founder of production agency Trett Films. Josh has directed numerous short films and television commercials for Sky TV. Josh has also produced content in various parts of the world including Toronto, Hong Kong, Thailand and Dubai and he is currently in development of a new feature film.

Shelby Cooke
Curator & Critic

Shelby Cooke is a freelance film critic and curator specialising in British cinema. She has written for various publications, including Little White Lies, the Independent Cinema Office, Film Daze and more. She is the lead curator and a founding member of Film East, a film organisation based in Norwich that aims to educate and inspire young audiences through thought-provoking cinema.

Matthew D Bayfield
Director/Art Department

Matthew Bayfield is a freelance director and works frequently within art departments. As well as being an ever evolving creative with a flair for the absurd, Matt has worked for the likes of Sony Pictures Europe, Osiris Music, Hold It Photography, GRM Daily and many more big names.

Francisco Labbe
Actor

Francisco Labbe is a Chilean actor who grew up in Norwich and now resides between Kirkley near Lowestoft and North London. He is hugely passionate about independent cinema, documentaries and supporting young film makers & actors. His recent credits include playing the husband of Penelope Cruz (The 355), Halo, Paramount's Sci-Fi series and a Guest Star role on Amazon Studio's Jack Ryan.

Eileen Tracey
Writer/ Director & Script Development

Eileen is a Northern Irish filmmaker specialising in Writing, Directing and Development. She studied visual arts before moving into Film Distribution at Studiocanal and Lionsgate. Her latest short One for the Road was made in collaboration with a community in Wales set to lose their homes to climate change. OFTR has been screened and won awards in BAFTA and Oscar qualifying festivals worldwide. Eileen’s work is all about representing the voiceless and sharing the reality of their experience.

Anna Smith
Film critic and broadcaster

Anna Smith is a prominent British film critic and broadcaster and the former President of the UK Critics’ Circle. She is a regular film expert on radio and TV, presenting the BBC News Film Review and appearing on the official UK Academy Awards broadcast on Sky.

Julian Claxton
Photographer & Filmmaker

Julian is an Award Winning Documentary photographer based in Lowestoft and founder of Give a Child a Camera, the East Africa project inspiring young Ugandan children through photography.
