We may be Britain's most easterly film festival... but we're also so passionate about supporting undiscovered & emerging filmmaking here on the east coast.

Our submission fees our low cost to make it affordable for everyone to have their film considered.

Sunrise Film Festival is a UK based film festival that first launched in 2021. The event champions independent film and is co-produced by Sunrise Studios, a local community production company based in the UK’s most easterly town, that is run by young creatives & filmmakers from Lowestoft.
